Kristy holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and education from Michigan State University and a Master of Arts in adult education from Vermont College. She was trained and certified as a professional coach through the Coaches Training Institute and holds the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coach Federation.
