John Behr, PhD is a consulting psychologist with over 25 years of specialization in the assessment and development of talent. He is currently executive coach to numerous C-Suite executives in large corporations. He has conducted thousands of assessments for the selection, promotion and development of people at all levels and has led large-scale leadership development initiatives to align businesses’ culture and objectives.
Dr. Behr is a recognized expert in the areas of executive coaching and executive assessment and he has worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies to deliver a wide range of development-focused assessment and development programs.

John obtained his MS and PhD degrees in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology. He is active with the American Psychological Association, the Illinois Psychological Association, and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. He is certified in a multitude of professional assessment tools. He has served on the board of examiners for the Lincoln Award for Business Excellence (Baldrige Award for Illinois). He teaches courses in business psychology and psychological tests and measurement at Northwestern University.
